	Sam Liang - Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Sam Liang is the Chairman and CEO of Delta Networks, Inc., an ODM networking company that focuses on the design and manufacture of Ethernet switching and wireless networking products. He is responsible for developing and implementing DNI’s strategic objectives and business plans. Before joining Delta Group, Mr. Liang held various senior engineering and management positions in the U.S. communications industry for over twenty years. He was the president of D-Link Corporation, a global leader in SOHO networking products, and served in engineering management positions at Rockwell, Siemens, and Ericsson Corporation. Mr. Liang obtained an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University. He holds three U.S. patents, and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). top

	Victor Cheng - President Victor An Cheng currently serves as the President of Delta Networks, Inc., an ODM networking company that focuses on the design and manufacture of Ethernet switching and wireless networking products. He is responsible for overseeing the entire operations and general management of DNI. Prior to assuming his current function in 2002, Victor Cheng was the general manager of Delta’s Video Display Business Unit covering a broad product range, from computer CRT color monitors, TFT-LCD monitors, and data projectors, to rear projection displays. Victor Cheng holds a B.S. and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University in the state of California, USA. top

	YiPin Lee - Chief Financial Officer After short stay with Bank of America, Mr. Lee joined Acer Inc. in 1988 where he started his professional finance career in the PC industry. Over 12 years with the Acer group, Mr. Lee gained experience from basic treasury operation through the CFO function. Before joining DNI, Mr. Lee served as CFO of CMC Magnetics Corp. and was responsible for financial activity of the group in 2000. Offshore and onshore funding activity for company's capacity expansion was a major mission over the past six years. Mr. Lee joined DNI in August 2006. 	Peter Liao - Vice President - Sales Mr. Liao has more than twenty years experience in design, development and management in the computer and communications industry of the United States. He has more than five years of experience in business development in the communications OEM/ODM industry of Taiwan. Mr. Liao received his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University and later a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California. top

	Clint Yu - Vice President - Hardware Engineering Clint Yu is the VP of Hardware Engineering, responsible for the development of networking products. Mr. Yu has a strong background in hardware design procedures and product development. Mr. Yu also has over 20 years experience in analog and digital circuitry design and networking product design. Before joining Delta Networks, Mr. Yu was with Xinetron and Accton in charge of various networking products development. In addition, Mr. Yu worked for Digital Equipment International in senior engineering and management positions. Mr. Yu holds a Bachelor in Electric Engineering from Tatung Institute of Technology. top

	Honda Wu - Vice President - Software Engineering Honda Wu has a strong background in Ethernet technology with over 17 years of experience in embedded systems and networking. Prior to joining DNI he was with Asante Technology Inc. USA in charge of managed stackable dual speed hub, and managed Fast Ethernet switch embedded system development. In addition, Wu worked for Network Application Technology Inc. USA, responsible for leased line / dial up router software development. Mr. Wu holds an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. top

	Qiang Li - Vice President - Software Engineering With more than 16 years of engineering experience in the networking industry, Mr. Li has extensive expertise in networking software design and development as well as life cycle product management. Prior to DNI, he held senior engineering and management positions with companies such as Hughes Network Systems, Samsung and Ericsson. Mr. Li received his BS and MS degrees in computer science from Tsinghua University and Ohio University, and he is a member of IEEE. top

	Mike Wen - Head of Operations - Tauyuang Mr. Wen has more then 25 years of manufacturing and engineering experience in industry. He has worked for Delta Taiwan for 20 years and Delta Networking Inc., Taiwan over five years. His job experience includes automation mechanical engineer, manufacturing engineering manager and plant manager. Mr. Wen graduated from Nan-Ya college in Taiwan with a degree in Industry Engineering, and he has taken MBA classes in Minghsin University of Science and Technology since 2003. top

	SK.Chiu - Head of Operations - Donguan Mr. Chiu has more than 32 years of manufacturing management and technology development experiences in electronics field. He has worked for EMMT Taiwan for fourteen years, MiTAC Taiwan/China for eighteen years and Delta Network Incorporation China for 7 months. His jobs include production supervisor, mechanical engineer, facility engineer, manufacturing technology development manager, plant manager and plant VP. Mr. Chiu received his bachelor degree in Physics from Taiwan normal university in 1969 and graduated from his MBA study from Tsing Hua University in China.
