DNI has a well-designed material control system. We have implemented JIT and SAP ERP systems on material management. We keep abreast of our upstream suppliers' status and have set up a standard operation procedure (SOP) for material quality management. We maintain a close collaboration with our suppliers so that we can ensure on-time delivery to our customers.

Surface Mounting Technology (SMT) plays an important role in our production. We have achieved a 98% in-process yield rate and lower than 400 DPPM shipping discrepancy rate. Currently DNI owns a total of 23 SMT lines in Taoyuan and Dongguan. Quality assurance is crucial for DNI. For finished products we perform functional tests, burn-in, temperature and humidity tests, and ICT tests.

We deploy a high degree of automation in our manufacturing process. Besides the SMT lines, our wave soldering, warehousing and packaging are also automated. Automation allows us to build products with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, as well as a lower manufacturing cost. In addition, all products are available in RoHS.
