DNI considers product quality
its No. 1 job. DNI makes significant investment in
internal quality assurance enhancement, and products
are rigorously scrutinized in comprehensive tests given
by a third-party testing center prior to mass production.
DNI's exhaustive efforts towards uncompromising quality
ensure that every product bound for market from the
factory is nothing less than the optimum in quality.
In the design stage, the design engineers discuss product possibilities and reliability with manufacturing and quality engineers. This cuts the gap between design and production. At the end of the design stage, all prototype products are sent to the Quality Assurance department for stringent tests to confirm product configuration.
In the production stage, we conduct Vendor Quality Control (VQC) and other control programs such as IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC. We also use the Statistic Process Control (SPC) technique for process improvement.
Supply chain management (SCM) is an area we are exploring to strengthen our working efficiency with both suppliers and customers.
DNI's plants are certified
to ISO-9001, ISO-9002, ISO-14000, TL-9000. Our products
have been recognized by key-industry players for their
level of quality.
Networking Test:
All ODM products are subjected to go through a full set of tests in DNI's R&D and SQA/QE Labs to ensure design quality and customer requirements. Products must pass all three of DNI’s major testing phases that include Engineering Verification (EVT), Design Verification (DVT) and System Verification (SQA).

In the system verification stage, SQA is responsible for verifying every ODM product at the final stage to ensure design quality. Networking products are verified with SmartBits and Ixia network test system and third party test software such as SNMPc, ANVL, SilverCreek, and CDRoute. An Automatic Test Program is also used to shorten the testing time and save resources.
